ELO AGM
Monday 19th October

Everyone welcome, we hope all members come along.

It will be in the Outdoor Learning Centre at Musselburgh race Course.

From Linkfield Road travelling west along the race course, just keep the race course on your right. Fork right into Millhill, turn right into Balcarres Road, keep straight on when Balcarres swings left (take care to give way) then turn right into the car parking.

Timetable:-

From 6pm – optional training, either with some coaching or just a training run, but bring your kit and an torch.  Showers available in the base afterwards so bring a towel as well.

From 7pm – some food will be on offer

7.30pm – the AGM itself. We’ll do the formal bit first – accounts, election of committee etc then move into some less formal discussion of plans for the year, brain-storming or whatever.

Although no definite commitment is needed, it would be a help for planning and catering to have an indication of whether you will be likely to take part in the training and/or looking for a helping of food. Please let Sheila know.

ELO members are also invited to the ESOA (East of Scotland Orienteering Association) AGM which will be held on the following Tuesday at The Steading which is below the ski slope in Fairmilehead. In this case the AGM is held first from 7pm and is followed by a meal. No advance notice needed for the AGM but if you intend to stay for a meal please notify Janet Clark of ESOC (JanetClr@aol.com).
