ESOC 50th Anniversary Weekend
There was a good muster of ELO members on 1st Feb for SoSOL 6, which formed the second part of ESOC’s big anniversary weekend. Dalkeith Park offers mixed woodland with a good path network putting the emphasis on running speed over navigational accuracy. The weather was crisp and clear so winning times were fast on all courses.
It’s fair to say that none of the ELO competitors performed especially well but most of us had solid performances.
Our sole (SOUL) representative at Saturday’s urban event was Trina Rogerson who put in two good runs at Saturday’s urban event – our best performer of the weekend .
